I thought the first aid training was a really good course. It was very informative and hands on, using manikins for resuscitation and putting people into recovery position. It was good to practice treating and dressing different types of wounds. I really enjoyed it and was kept up-to-date with contents of a first aid kit.
I found the training very good, professional and to the point, Ken made everything very clear and easy to understand, but at the same time a friendly, 'laid back' approach. I totally enjoyed this course - thank you very much Ken.
